The Samajwadi Party has named Poonam Sinha, the wife of actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha, as its candidate from Lucknow Lok Sabha seat against Union home minister Rajnath Singh. SP president Akhilesh Yadav announced Poonam Sinha’s name on Wednesday.
